What brings you in today?

hi.

and welcome to my little corner of the internet. i am in awe of the little space I have to share everything I love with the world.

a little spot to…

Educate… I am a doctor after all. Teaching you what you want (and need) to know in an approachable way has long been my dream. No snake oil saleslady. Just the cool facts rooted in as much evidence based medicine as possible, sprinkled with my decade of experience with some of the best athletes to walk this earth.

Inspire… I take my responsibility to you very seriously. It is my hope that by seeing what I know and knowing what I believe is possible for every single one of us, you will feel inspired to be your powerful, beautiful, and authentic self.

Excite… and this is where I believe that little extra something magic happens. Frankly, doctoring and medicine doesn’t have to be boring. It can totally have a vibe and energy that ignites a little fire inside you. Let’s step away from what the traditional experience is and have some fun. I am the kind of person who laughs at my own jokes before I get to the punch line (ask my husband) and if you see me on the sidewalk you get the same version of me as if you saw me in the office. Let’s get excited about seeing medicine (and maybe life) a little differently.
