Dr. Morgan’s Story

Lara Morgan Lee, MD, CAQSM is a board-certified Sports Medicine Physician and national thought leader in maternal health and performance. She has served as team physician for the Cleveland Cavaliers, Los Angeles Kings, and USC Trojans, and as staff physician at the Cleveland Clinic and Keck Medicine of USC. Her experience caring for elite athletes provides the foundation for her work supporting moms through pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond.

After the birth of her daughter, Dr. Morgan recognized a gap in care for peripartum women. She created a model that treats moms like high-performing athletes, combining sports medicine principles with individualized guidance and education. Through her private telemedicine practice, group coaching platforms, and social media she empowers women to navigate the physical demands of motherhood with confidence and resilience.

Dr. Morgan is a sought-after voice on stages and in the media, sharing expertise on maternal health, performance medicine, and women’s wellbeing. She continues to grow her platform nationally, advocating for a higher standard of care for moms and inspiring women everywhere to prioritize their health and performance.
